haircut was ok after the cut they refused to use the coupon for the discount will not use sport clips again as they are very unprofessional

I have to share a terrible experience I have endured with this SportClips location. I was "walk in" client and on the screen were about 12-14 people, most of them have registered "on line". There were about 4 persons in the waiting area. Knowing that some people who have registered "on line" may not come I decided to wait. And it is happened, many people, who were in front of me, did not show up when they have been called by a hair stylist. Some of them were called several times and did not show up anyway. But what is amazing, they were NOT removed from the screen of waiting clients and placed at the end of the waiting list; instead those who finally appeared, have been served IN FRONT of those people who walked in and patiently waited. I asked the manager Tammy why do they serve those who did not appear when they were called by hair stylist in front of "walk in" clients forcing others to wait, she responded that they allow some period of time for the tardy clients to appear and to be served right away. I asked what is the time frame for such an allowance? She did not responded to my question referring instead to a "policy", but refused to show me that mythical "policy". So, anyone who makes a couple computer mouse clicks at 9:05 AM to register "on line", can come, let's say, 4:00 PM and to be served right away in front of those fools (like myself probably) who walked in (Walk-Ins Welcome) and honestly waiting their turn (!). I was given an info that the owners of this location are Larry and Natalie Schumacher, TSF Holdings, LLC. The founder of the chain: Gordon Logan. May be we should stop visit this SportClips location until they start to respect their clients and change that offensive practice.

The absolute worst and consistently incompetent staff in the industry. It’s almost as if they have never cut hair before ever. Do not go to this location!!!!
